H.E Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, conducted separate engagements with tribal elders and prominent figures from the provinces of Logar and Baghlan.
In the initial meeting, tribal elders from the Mohammad Agha district of Logar Province conveyed their contentment with the peaceful and stable conditions prevailing under the governance of the Islamic Emirate.
They underscored that, owing to the sacrifices rendered by the committed Mujahideen and the Afghan populace, the Afghan nation now operates under a system grounded in sharia law.
The elders endorsed the Islamic Emirate’s initiatives in reconstruction and development targeted at national advancement, articulating their support for the perpetuation of these measures.
In a subsequent meeting, tribal elders from Baghlan Province articulated that a primary merit of the sharia law-based system is the accessibility of officials to the public and the attention given to citizens’ problems.
They further stated that the establishment of a sharia-based system had been a persistent aspiration of all Afghans, and this objective has now been realized.
Deputy Prime Minister H.E Mawlavi Abdul Kabir expressed his appreciation to the visiting tribal elders, reaffirming that the sharia law-based system is a shared heritage of all Afghans.
He asserted that the Islamic Emirate is resolute in its commitment to providing resources for the populace and addressing their concerns. He urged all communities to consolidate their efforts towards the fortification of the Islamic system, alongside the attainment of peace, prosperity, and national progress.
The Deputy Prime Minister further committed to instructing the relevant departments to implement the necessary measures to resolve the issues confronting the residents of Logar and Baghlan Provinces.
