Noor Ahmad Agha, the General Head of the Central Bank, met with the heads of commercial banks to discuss the stability of the Afghani currency and the development of banking activities.
During the meeting, Noor Ahmad Agha stated that maintaining the value of the Afghani currency is one of the Central Bank’s top priorities.
He highlighted that the bank has successfully stabilized the currency’s value by implementing necessary measures.
He further explained that the Central Bank has managed to restore normalcy in the market through effective monetary policies and solutions.
Additionally, the Head of the Central Bank urged the country’s commercial banks to conduct their transactions in the Afghani currency.
