Secretariat of the High Commission to address the Problems of migrants

Daily Work Report of the Committees

On Thursday, 10/26/1446, corresponding to 2/4/1404, Afghan refugees were forcibly returned from different parts of the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.

The full report is presented as follows:

Nangarhar

Torkham (Durand Line)

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

351 families returned to the country through Torkham and 2,800 members of these families were registered and biometrically scanned.

Transportations committee

325 families with 1666 members from Torkham have been safely transported to Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman and Kabul and (791800) Afghanis have also been paid to these families.

Financial management Committee

A total of (3402000) Afghanis have been provided to 417 families by the Financial management Committee.

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the refugees in Torkham. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following different services, including health, were provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Camp:

Communications: 1090 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, were distributed to the returning refugees.

Kandahar

Spin Boldak (Durand Line)

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

311 families with 1666 members returned to the country through Spin Boldak and were registered.

Financial management Committee

A total of (2436,000) Afghanis were provided to 292 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following services, including health, were provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:

Food: 2040 food, bread and water were distributed in Spin Boldak.

Health: 590 returning refugees were treated in Spin Boldak.

Communications: 546 SIM cards were distributed to the returning refugees by the Telecommunication Services Authority, which included free minutes and internet packages.

Nimroze

Abrishom way

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

97 families with 441 members from the Abrishom way of Nimroze province have returned to the country and registered, and 1491 travelers have also returned to the country.

Financial management Committee

A total of (680,000) Afghanis have been provided to 87 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following different services, including health, were provided to the migrants returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:

Communications: The officials of the Communications and Information Technology Department distributed 97 SIM cards to the migrants free of charge, including free minutes and internet packages.

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the migrants from the Abrishom way of Nimroze province. These migrants were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

Paktika

Angoor Ada (Durand Line)

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

Through Paktika Angoor Ada, 3 families with 18 members have returned to the country and registered.

Financial management Committee

A total of (300,000) Afghanis have been provided to 37 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following services, including health, were provided to the refugees returning to Paktika Angor Ada:

Food: 23 meals and water were distributed at Angoor Ada.

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the refugees at Paktika Angoor Ada. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

Herat

Islam Qala

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

Through Islam Qala, 213 families with 802 members have returned to the country and registered.

Financial management Committee

A total of (1520,000) Afghanis have been provided to 207 families by the Financial management Committee.

Kabul

Center

Transportations committee

199 families with 1075 members from Kabul have been safely transferred to Ghazni, Logar, Khost, Paktia, Paktika, Baghlan, Takhar, Balkh, Jawzjan and Kunduz and (637,050) Afghanis have been paid as rent to these families.

The total figures of the different activities of all the committees are as follows:

Registered refugees: (975) families and (5729) individuals

Transferred refugees: (524) families and (2741) individuals

Helped refugees: (1040) families

SIM cards distributed: (1733) numbers
