Mawlawi Sediqullah Qureshi, intelligence chief of the Nangarhar Information and Culture Department, said the Torkham gate had been opened for the return of Afghan refugees.
He added that staff of all committees in the Omari camp in Torkham are ready to provide services to returning Afghans.
