A delegation led by Mawlawi Zamir Osmani, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, has traveled to Russia for an official visit.
According to the ministry, the delegation will tour key scientific and technical agricultural centers from April 12 to 17.
The visit aims to strengthen technical capacity in plant and animal quarantine, enhance quality control systems for agricultural products, and gain insight into modern agricultural practices.
