Viktor Bryzov, Secretary General of the Russian Olympic Committee, has appreciated the participation of the Afghan delegation in the international sports forum hosted by Russia.
He also presented special gifts from the Russian Olympic Committee to Mawlawi Ahmadullah Wasiq.
During the meeting, Mr. Wasiq also praised Russia’s hospitality and said that such gatherings help strengthen sports relations between countries and promote the development of sports.
It is worth noting that the International Forum for Encouraging Young Olympic Medalist Athletes, hosted by Russia, began yesterday for a two-day event. The aim of the program is to encourage young medal-winning athletes and promote fair competition.
