He asserts that there are no legal flaws in this framework, which is based on the Holy Quran and Prophetic hadiths, making Afghanistan an Islamic nation. Minister Sharei dismisses claims from certain western countries and enemies of Afghanistan that suggest the country lacks a constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In addressing the issue of land grabbing, Minister Sharei highlights that much of the land seizures occurred during the previous regime. Following the leadership decree of the Islamic Emirate, the Land Grab Prevention Commission was established to combat this issue.
