The foreign minister expressed his desire to expand the level of diplomatic relations between Afghanistan and Russia, adding that there is a comprehensive security situation in Afghanistan, which provides a good environment for investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has called for the release of the frozen reserves of Afghanistan’s central bank, stressing that his country wants to expand relations between Moscow and Kabul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
