Secretariat of the High Commission to Address the Problems of Migrants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Daily Work Report of Committees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday, 1446\/4\/8, which coincides with 1403\/7\/22, Afghan refugees returned from different routes of the country and they were provided with necessary services in different areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nangarhar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Torkham (Durand Line)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration, Confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

15 families returned to the country through Torkham and 57 members of these families were registered and biometriced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transportation committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 families from Torkham, whose number of members was 13, have been safely transported to Nangarhar and Kabul provinces, and (18,500 Afghanis) rent has been given to these families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finance Management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (122,000 Afghanis) is given to 13 families by the Financial Affairs Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committee on Services and Health Affairs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following services, including health, were provided to returning refugees in the Torkham camp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food: 150 food and water are distributed in Torkham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health: 73 returned refugees have been treated in Torkham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communications: 27-digit SIM cards have been distributed to the returnees, free of charge, with free minutes and internet bundles enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Torkham, some clothes such as mattresses and other things have been distributed to the refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kandahar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Spin Boldak (Durand Line)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration, Confirmation and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

34 families with 165 members returned to the country and were registered through Spin Boldak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transportation committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 family from Spin Boldak, whose number of members was 6 people, has been safely transferred to Kabul province and the said family has been given (7000 Afghani) rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finance Management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (284,000 Afghanis) is given to 34 families by the Financial Affairs Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committee on Services and Health Affairs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following different services including health are provided to returning refugees in Spin Boldak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food: 213 food and water are distributed in the spin Boldak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health: 77 returnees have been treated in Spin Boldak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also 180 refugees have been given public awareness in different fields of health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clothing: In temporary camps, tents and blankets have been distributed to refugees as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communication: The Department of Communication Services has distributed 124 SIM cards to the returned refugees free of charge, including free minutes and internet packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nimroze<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Abrishom way<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accreditation, Registration and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

70 families with 294 members have returned to the country through the Abrishom way of Nimroz province and have been registered as well as 1724 travelers have returned to the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finance Management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (502,000 Afghanis) has been given to 68 families by the Financial Affairs Organizing Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committee on Services and Health Affair<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following different services including health were provided to the returning migrants along the Abrishom way of Nimroze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communications: 70 SIM cards have been distributed to the refugees free of charge by the officials of Communications and Information Technology, which included free minutes and internet packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committee on Information and Public Awareness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public awareness was given to the refugees on the Abrishom way of Nimroz province. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement and understanding of the country, Islamic system, migration, patience and tolerance, education and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Herat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Islam Qala<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accreditation, Registration and Receiving Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

45 families with 156 members returned to the country and were registered through Islam Qala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finance Management Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of (280,000 Afghanis) has been given to 41 families by the Financial Affairs Organizing Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kabul<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Center<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transportation committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 family from Kabul, whose number of members was 4 people, has been safely transported to Baghlan province and these families have been given (6,000) Afghani rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total figures of the different activities of all the committees are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registered immigrants: (164) families and (672) individuals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transported refugees: (38) families and (182) individuals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assisted migrants: (156) families<\/p>\n\n\n\n
