During the meeting, His Excellency underscored the paramount importance of delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients, positioning it as a fundamental obligation of the Ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">He further emphasized that the prudent and strategic utilization of the budget earmarked for the Ministry is critical to achieving this goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In pursuit of optimizing the financial resources for development projects, the Minister established a dedicated technical committee, chaired by Mullah Bakht Rahman Sharafat, tasked with not only ensuring the effective deployment of the budget but also expediting project timelines and addressing operational bottlenecks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">This committee, composed of representatives from the Minister&#8217;s Office, Human Resources, Planning and Policy, Procurement, and Administrative Departments, as well as health project representatives, is expected to implement corrective measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Moreover, the officials overseeing the health projects were mandated to compile and present detailed reports on the expenditure incurred so far, which would be reviewed by the technical committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">This process will ensure that any remaining budget is utilized in the most impactful and efficient manner, safeguarding the success and sustainability of the projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, convened a high-level meeting with the directors of health projects to meticulously evaluate the expenditure of the allocated budget in the realm of development initiatives.
