The Honorable Sheikh Abdul Hakim “Haqqani”, Chief Justice and head of the Supreme Court, along with an accompanying delegation, traveled to Khost province on 5\/11\/1446 AH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During this visit, Sheikh Abdul Hakim “Haqqani” met with the head of the Khost appellate court, judges of related courts, muftis, court clerks, gover-nor, the Council of ulema, officials from the Amr-e- Belmarof, and com-plaints commissions, intelligence, and police command.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the start of the meeting, Al-Haj Mufti Aminullah Munib, the head of the appellate court, welcomed the high-ranking delegation on behalf of the judi-ciary members of Khost province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He briefed the Honorable Sheikh Sahib on the activities of the courts, the status of detainees, and the coordination be-tween judicial and other organs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following this, the Honorable Chief Justice and head of the Supreme Court delivered a speech and shared his guidance on judicial affairs with the re-sponsible officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He emphasized that the judicial members of the appellate court should maintain good relations with the judicial members of the Prima-ry Courts in both judicial and administrative matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He advised that the Pri-mary Courts should strive to resolve people’s issues in accordance with Sharia, legal principles, official decrees, and unified procedures so that their decisions are not overturned by higher courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Honorable Sheikh stressed that judges should treat clients with kindness to ensure that people do not become disillusioned with the courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the end of the meeting, the head of the appellate court assured the Hon-orable Sheikh sahib that all cases have been addressed in a timely manner, and that there is harmony, unity, and cooperation among the judges, who are making every effort to resolve cases effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is noteworthy that during this trip, the Honorable Chief Justice and head of the Supreme Court was accompanied by Sheikh Abdul Malik “Haqqani”, Administrative Deputy of the Supreme Court; Sheikh Khair Jan “Khairkh-wa”, Military Deputy of the Supreme Court; Mufti Abdul Rashid Saeed, General Director of the Secretariat, and Mawlawi Muhammad Jummah “Faizani”, Director of the Planning and Policy Department.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
