The delegation of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has made every effort to conduct constructive and result-oriented dialogues during the ongoing negotiations with Pakistan in Turkey. However, the Pakistani side appears unwilling to engage seriously in the discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reports indicate that certain circles within the Pakistani military establishment are obstructing the negotiation process. As a result, the Pakistani delegation has demonstrated incompetence and seems inclined to withdraw rather than present substantiated arguments at the negotiating table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In contrast, the Islamic Emirate has maintained a policy of dialogue and realism. Afghanistan\u2019s clear stance in the talks is that it cannot prevent incidents occurring inside Pakistan nor represent the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), as this is an internal issue rooted in Pakistan\u2019s own past and must be resolved by Islamabad itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
