{"id":82231,"date":"2026-02-18T13:12:51","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T08:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rta.af\/?p=82231"},"modified":"2026-02-18T13:44:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T09:14:27","slug":"notice-on-the-prevention-of-importing-substandard-fuel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rta.af\/en\/notice-on-the-prevention-of-importing-substandard-fuel\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice on the Prevention of Importing Substandard Fuel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Announcement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In order to fully implement Decree No. 793\/5671 dated 17\/10\/1446 issued by H.E. the Supreme Leader of the IEA, may Allah protect him, and to safeguard public interests, ensure the quality of petroleum products, regulate the oil and liquefied gas market, and completely prevent the import and distribution of low-quality petroleum products, all petroleum and liquefied gas traders, importing companies, and other relevant natural and legal persons are hereby informed of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">1. All petroleum importing companies are required to import petroleum products and liquefied gas strictly in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The importation of petroleum products contrary to the established standards shall be considered a clear violation, and the perpetrators will be referred to the competent authorities without any leniency, in accordance with the decrees of H.E. the Supreme Leader of the IEA, may Allah protect him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">2.
