The Ministry of National Defense announced that at approximately 11:00 a.m. today, the Afghan Air Force carried out airstrikes against several key Pakistani military installations in Islamabad.
The Ministry added that the aerial operation was conducted successfully, targeting significant positions, centers, and military facilities of the Pakistani Army.
According to the Ministry of National Defense, the strikes were carried out in response to last night’s Pakistani military air attacks on Kabul, Kandahar, and Paktia.
