Fazalul Hadi Hamza, Cultural Attaché of Afghanistan’s Ministry of Information and Culture in Moscow, participated in a cultural program titled “The Arab World from the Perspective of Russian Artists.”
According to the Ministry of Information and Culture, Mr. Hamza held discussions with representatives of the General Assembly and diplomats from Arab countries during the program, focusing on the establishment and strengthening of cultural relations and cooperation.
