A high-level delegation headed by Dr. Abdul Bari Omar, CEO of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS), accompanied by representatives from Afghanistan’s Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Finance, held joint meetings with senior officials from Uzbekistan’s National Power Company and local officials.
Following these meetings, CEO Dr. Omar signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for 2025 with the leadership of the National Power Company of Uzbekistan.
This agreement is set to enhance energy cooperation between the two countries and ensure a stable electricity supply to Afghanistan.
