Due to heavy floods in Baghlan, Badakhshan and Ghor provinces of the country, many people have died, and numerous homes and settlements have been destroyed.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has expressed deep sympathy with the affected families and has urged the Ministries of Interior, Natural Disaster Management, and local officials of the provinces to intensify efforts in rescuing people, evacuating the deceased, treating the injured, and utilizing all available resources.
The Islamic Emirate has called on people to assist the affected citizens and has assured that it will utilize all possible resources to provide urgent assistance to those affected by the floods.
Additionally, the Ministry of National Defense has instructed all related departments to rescue citizens trapped in the floods.
On special instructions from the Minister of Higher Education, Shaikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem, a delegation has been dispatched to the Northern provinces, particularly Baghlan province, to provide necessary assistance.
The delegation is equipped with ambulances and medicines to transport and treat the injured in emergency situations, aiding the flood victims in various areas.
It is important to note that the floods in Baghlan, Badakhshan, Ghor, and Herat provinces have resulted in significant financial losses and personal casualties.
