Afghanistan national cricket team player Hashmatullah Shahidi stated that 15 standard houses and a large kitchen are being constructed in Torkham town of Nangarhar province with funds raised by Afghan refugees in America. Shahidi added that those refugees who have recently returned from Pakistan will reside in these houses during their designated camp period. The national hero Hashmatullah Shahidi is overseeing the construction of these houses after collecting over 100,000 dollars in cash aid for Afghan refugees in the United States some time ago.
