Earlier today, His Highness Amir-ul-Mu’minin, Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada (may Allah Almighty protect him), attended and delivered a speech at a one-day training and reform seminar held in Kandahar for officials from Paktika Province. The seminar was attended by the Governor and Deputy Governor of Paktika, the Head of the Provincial Ulema Council, as well as directors of departments, district governors, and sector commanders.
The seminar commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by an address from His Highness Amir-ul-Mu’minin, Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada (may Allah protect him), who provided the participants with essential guidance.
His Highness Amir-ul-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) commended the dedicated service of all officials and offered key guidance to the seminar participants. He emphasized that Allah Almighty has bestowed honor upon humanity by granting intellect, knowledge, and wisdom, appointing mankind as His vicegerent on earth to uphold order and advance the affairs of life.
Throughout history, Allah Almighty sent His messengers to guide and reform humanity. They called people to His oneness and warned against idol worship, corruption, bloodshed, tribal conflicts, immorality, and unjust appropriation of wealth. This noble duty now lies with the scholars, who are the rightful heirs of the prophets.
His Highness Amir-ul-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) emphasized that Allah Almighty has recently granted Afghans success in two significant jihads, creating favorable conditions for the enforcement of Sharia. He encouraged everyone to set aside division, self-interest, tribal loyalties, and the desire for power, and to commit instead to unity, strict observance of Sharia, obedience to leadership, fulfilling the goals of jihad, advancing societal reform, ensuring justice, and advocating for righteousness while preventing wrongdoing.
In his closing remarks, His Highness Amir-ul-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) encouraged the seminar attendees to refine their intentions, seek guidance from scholars, practice humility and piety, offer honest advice to one another, engage in mutual reminders and discussions, avoid arrogance, and treat others with kindness and respect.
The seminar closed with a heartfelt invocation by His Highness Amir-ul-Mu’minin, seeking blessings and divine support for the leadership and the community.
