India has strongly condemned the airstrikes carried out by the Pakistani military regime on Afghan territory, describing them as a clear violation of international law, the United Nations Charter, and the principle of state sovereignty.
P. Harish, India’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, stated that it is a major hypocrisy on the part of Pakistan that, on one hand, it presents the noble principles of international law and Islamic unity, while on the other hand it carries out ruthless airstrikes against civilians during the holy month of Ramadan.
Mr. Harish also stated that his country fully supports the territorial integrity, national sovereignty, and independence of Afghanistan.
