The Ministry of Higher Education stated that the International Water Conference, which began at Kabul Polytechnic University, concluded with the presentation of papers and plans by domestic and foreign professors.
Shaikh Nida Mohammad Nadeem, Minister of Higher Education, assured attendees at the closing ceremony that he would share the papers and plans presented at the conference with relevant sectoral institutions and oversee their implementation.
Mr. Nadeem also urged foreign professors to continue their cooperation with Afghanistan in the scientific field.
According to Mr. Nadeem, the Ministry of Higher Education has purchased equipment worth 270 million Afghanis for educational institution laboratories this year and remains committed to scientific research.
Notably, 135 water-related papers were presented at this three-day conference, including 35 by foreign professors and experts, both online and in person.
