A meeting was held at the Government Information and Media Center with officials from various agencies, media organizations, and audio-visual outlets to commend the media’s role and performance during recent events.
During the meeting, the Minister of Information and Culture, Shaikh Sher Ahmad Haqqani, urged media institutions to continue their work in accordance with Islamic and national values and to accurately report on the developments and achievements of the Islamic Emirate.
Haqqani noted that with the establishment of full security across the country, media outlets are now able to operate confidently in all regions under the framework of the Islamic Emirate’s policies.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister for Publication Affairs stated that during recent events, the media—alongside other components of the system—gave a strong and effective response to the enemy’s propaganda efforts.
In addition, the Director of the Government Information and Media Center, Mawlawi Naeem-ul-Haq Haqqani, conveyed the appreciation of the Islamic Emirate’s spokesman, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, and thanked the media for their responsible coverage and cooperation.
Media officials and journalists, for their part, reaffirmed their commitment to continue working alongside the Islamic system in all circumstances, fulfilling their Islamic and national duties with dedication and professionalism.
