Israeli forces martyred 60 Palestinians in recent attacks on the Gaza Strip, including women and children, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA on Wednesday.
WAFA reported that Israeli troops targeted residential areas in both the southern and northern parts of Gaza throughout the night.
Since October 2023, nearly 52,900 Palestinians—mostly women and children—have been martyred in the ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza.
In November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice over its actions in the besieged enclave.
