Officials from the Afghan-German Bakhtar Company and the Russian Institute of Water and Energy met with Minister of Water and Energy, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, expressing keen interest in investing in the Lori Dam project in the Arghistan district of Kandahar.
They discussed conducting surveys, technical studies, and project design. Minister Mansour affirmed his readiness to proceed with the practical aspects of the dam and emphasized the urgency of signing the cooperation agreement between the parties without delay.
