Minister of Refugees and Repatriation Affairs Mawlawi Abdul Kabir attended and addressed the graduation ceremony of students from the Kabul Jihadi Madrasa.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir said that madrasas are not only centers of religious education but also play a role in governance and the preservation of the Islamic system.
He added that the sacrifices made by madrasas, universities, and the Afghan people during what he described as the holy jihad against the invasions of the Soviet Union, and later the United States and NATO, led to the defeat of these forces in Afghanistan.
The minister also called on scholars and the public to share their views, criticisms, and suggestions with relevant authorities, stressing that those who seek to undermine the system and disrupt security should not be allowed to do so.
