The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, His Excellency Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, met with the Governor of Maidan Wardak, Mr. Qari Bakhtiar Moaz.
During the meeting, Governor Moaz shared updates with the Deputy Prime Minister about the current social, economic, security, and governance conditions in Maidan Wardak province.
He emphasized that the Mujahideen and officials of the Islamic Emirate are always working in service of the people, with a focus on maintaining peace and security.
The Governor also raised concerns from local residents about development projects, healthcare, job opportunities, and the situation of refugees who have been forcibly deported from neighboring countries. He urged the Islamic Emirate’s leadership to give these issues their attention.
Deputy Prime Minister Hanafi welcomed Governor Moaz and stressed that ensuring security, listening to people’s concerns, and resolving the challenges faced by deported citizens are key priorities for the Islamic Emirate.
He added that officials must step up their efforts in these areas.
The Deputy Prime Minister also assured that the relevant authorities within the Islamic Emirate will do their utmost to address the matters raised by the Governor.
