The Ministry of Foreign Affairs denies reports by some media outlets that the Islamic Emirate has made it mandatory for Afghans with dual citizenship living abroad to obtain a visa upon entering the country, saying that no decision has been made in this regard.
The ministry has clarified that Afghans who want to travel to Afghanistan with foreign passports can enter the country without a visa by presenting their Afghan identity document.
