Political Deputy of the Prime Minister, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, said at the business cooperation conference of Afghan and some foreign businessmen and investors in Kabul, that the Islamic Emirate is trying to strengthen and expand the relations between Afghanistan and the countries of the region through economic and commercial cooperation.
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir asked the neighboring countries to remove the obstacles created for Afghan businessmen, because creating problems for Afghan investors, blocking roads and raising taxes illegally will harm economic cooperation and relations between Afghanistan and neighboring countries.
Mr. Kabir added that, Islamic Emirate wants regional trade and transit to be strengthened and expanded. Afghanistan is ready for any kind of cooperation in this regard, and it is necessary for the countries of the region to fulfill their responsibilities and show their readiness in practice.
In this conference, the head of Chabahar Port Board of Directors Humira Regi emphasized on the development of trade relations between Afghanistan and Iran and assured that the country has provided the necessary facilities for the operation of Chabahar Port.
In this conference, many businessmen, investors, officials of industrial and commercial chambers of Iran, Pakistan, Japan, Turkey and China and several local officials of Iran and Afghan businessmen participated.
