Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, His Excellency Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, has conveyed a formal message of congratulations to the newly appointed transitional President of Syria, Ahmad Al-Sharaa.
Within this communiqué, in addition to extending felicitations, prayers have been offered for the establishment of effective governance, the resolution of Syria’s prevailing challenges, and the attainment of success.
Furthermore, His Excellency the Prime Minister has articulated his aspiration for the cultivation of robust and comprehensive bilateral relations between the two fraternal nations.
