Release of 55 Palestinians from the prisons of the Zionist regime

Several media outlets have reported, citing Palestinian officials, that 55 Palestinians, including Abu Salmiya, the director of al-Shafa Hospital, were released from the prisons of the Zionist regime on Monday, the 1st of July.

Following his release, Mr. Abu Salmiya stated that Palestinian prisoners endure brutal torture and harassment by Israel. He was arrested in November of last year after Israeli forces attacked al-Shafa hospital.

Palestinian officials have expressed that access to health services has become increasingly challenging due to the extensive attacks by the Zionist regime on the Gaza Strip.

Despite the concerns and warnings from international organizations, the attacks by the Zionist invaders on the Gaza Strip persist.

Recently, at least one person was killed, and six others were injured as a result of the regime’s airstrikes on a house in the eastern area of Khan Younis.

It is worth mentioning that 37,900 Palestinians have been killed, and 80,600 others have been injured since the Israeli aggressors began their attacks on the Gaza Strip on October 7.
