Daily Work Report of the Committees
On Sunday, 11/6/1446, corresponding to 2/14/1404, Afghan refugees were forcibly returned from different parts of the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.
The full report is presented as follows:
Nangarhar
Torkham (Durand Line)
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
163 families returned to the country through Torkham and 1400 members of these families were registered and biometrically scanned.
Transportations committee
129 families with 712 members have been safely transported from Torkham to Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman and Kabul and (388,700) Afghanis have also been paid as rent to these families.
Financial management Committee
A total of (1,534,000) Afghanis have been provided to 185 families by the Financial management Committee.
Temporary agreement Committee
Today, 216 families have been temporarily settled in the Torkham Omari camp.
Information and Public Awareness Committee
Public awareness was provided to the refugees in Torkham. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.
Services and Health Affairs Committee
The following different services, including health, were provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Camp:
Communications: 647 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, were distributed to the returning refugees.
Kandahar
Spin Boldak (Durand Line)
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
224 families with a total of 1130 members returned to the country and were registered through Spin Boldak.
Transportations committee
187 families with a total of 1000 members were safely transported from Spin Boldak to Kandahar, Helmand, Zabul, Herat, Paktika, Paktia, Ghazni and Kabul, and (1005600) Afghanis were also paid as rent to these families.
Financial management Committee
A total of (1,922,000) Afghanis have been provided to 236 families by the Financial management Committee.
Temporary agreement Committee
157 families have been temporarily settled in Spin Boldak.
Services and Health Affairs Committee
The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:
Food: 1,340 meals and water have been distributed in Spin Boldak.
Health: 257 returning refugees have been treated in Spin Boldak.
Communications: 152 SIM cards have been distributed to the returning refugees by the Telecommunication Services Authority, which also includes free minutes and internet packages.
Nimroz
Abrishom way
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
53 families with 229 members from the Abrishom way of Nimroze province have returned to the country and registered, and 727 travelers have also returned to the country.
Financial management Committee
A total of (385,000) Afghanis have been provided to 48 families by the Financial management Committee.
Temporary agreement Committee
18 families have been temporarily resettled in Nimroz.
Services and Health Affairs Committee
The following services, including health, were provided to the migrants returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:
Communications: The Communications and Information Technology Department distributed 53 SIM cards to the migrants free of charge, including free minutes and internet packages.
Information and Public Awareness Committee
Public awareness was provided to the migrants from the Abrishom way of Nimroze. These migrants were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, migration, patience and tolerance, education and training.
Paktika
Angoor Ada (Durand Line)
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
2 families with 17 members have returned to the country and registered through Paktika Angoor Ada.
Transportations committee
8 families with 42 members have been safely transferred from Angoor Ada to Gardez and Orgun, and these families have also been paid (15,500) Afghanis as rent.
Temporary agreement Committee
8 families have been settled in a temporary camp in Paktika Angoor Ada.
Information and Public Awareness Committee
Public awareness was provided to the refugees in Paktika Angor Ada. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.
Helmand
Bahramcha
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
Through Bahramcha, 28 families with 155 members have returned to the country and registered.
These families have been transferred to their areas and have also been provided with cash assistance.
Herat
Islam Qala
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
Through Islam Qala, 58 families with 228 members have returned to the country and registered.
Financial management Committee
A total of (420,000) Afghanis have been provided to 58 families by the Financial management Committee.
Kabul
Center
Transportations committee
70 families with 400 members from Kabul have been safely transferred to Ghazni, Logar, Khost, Paktia, Paktika, Baghlan, Takhar, Balkh, Jawzjan, Kunduz and other provinces, and (277,400) Afghanis have been paid as rent to these families.
The total figures for the different activities of all committees are as follows:
Registered refugees: (528) families and (3,159) individuals
Transferred refugees: (394) families and (2,154) individuals
Assisted refugees: (527) families
Temporarily settled refugees: (479) families
Distributed SIM cards: (852) units
