Daily Work Report of the Committees
On Sunday, 1446/6/6, corresponding to 1403/9/18, Afghan refugees returned from different routes in the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.
The full report is presented as follows:
Nangarhar
Torkham (Durand Line)
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
5 families returned to the country through Torkham and 32 members of these families were registered and biometrically scanned.
Transportation committee
2 families with 19 members were safely transported to Kabul from Torkham and (15,000) Afghanis were also paid as a fare.
Financial management Committee
A total of (60,000) Afghanis have been provided to 6 families by the Financial management Committee.
Services and Health Affairs Committee
The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Omari Camp:
Food: 150 meals and water have been distributed at Torkham.
Health: 90 returning refugees have been treated at Torkham.
Communications: 26 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, have been distributed to the returning refugees.
Kandahar
Spin Boldak (Durand Line)
Registration, Confirmation and Receiving Committee
27 families with 123 members have returned to the country and registered through Spin Boldak.
Transportation committee
5 families with 30 members have been safely transported from Spin Boldak to Kandahar and Kabul, and (11,000) Afghanis have been paid as rent to these families.
Financial management Committee
A total of (102,000) Afghanis have been provided to 27 families by the Financial management Committee.
Services and Health affairs Committee
The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:
Food: 1,959 food items, bread and water have been distributed in Spin Boldak.
Health: 77 returnees have been treated in Spin Boldak.
Communications: 17 SIM cards have been distributed to the returnees by the Communications Services Authority, which includes free minutes and internet packages.
Nimroze
Abrishom way
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
45 families with 160 members from the Abrishom way of Nimroz province have returned to the country and registered, and 1460 passengers have also returned to the country.
Financial management Committee
A total of (284,000) Afghanis have been provided to 41 families by the Financial management Committee.
Services and Health Affairs Committee
The following services, including health, were provided to the migrants returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:
Communications: The officials of the Communications and Information Technology Department distributed 45 SIM cards to the migrants free of charge, including free minutes and internet packages.
Information and Public Awareness Committee
Public awareness was provided to the migrants from the Abrishom way of Nimroze. These migrants were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.
Herat
Islam Qala
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
12 families with 49 members returned to the country through Islam Qala and registered them.
Financial management Committee
A total of (88,000) Afghanis have been provided to 12 families by the Financial management Committee.
The total figures for the different activities of all committees are as follows:
Registered refugees: (89) families and (364) individuals
Transferred refugees: (7) families and (49) individuals
Assistance provided to refugees: (86) families
Distributed SIM cards: (88) numbers
