Since the beginning of the e-tazkira distribution process, the National Statistics and Information Authority has issued e-tazkiras to 17 million and 68 thousand citizens. Among them, 10 million and 621 thousand were distributed to males, and 6 million and 447 thousand to females.
According to statistics, the largest number of electronic ID cards has been distributed in Kabul, Herat, Kandahar, Balkh, and Nangarhar provinces, with over 11 million electronic ID cards distributed since the Islamic Emirate regained power.
It is worth mentioning that currently, there are 81 active distribution centers of Asan Khedmat and e-tazkiras across the country, including Kabul, as well as one active Asan Khedmat center in the United Arab Emirates. These centers provide related services to male and female applicants daily.
Since the beginning of the electronic ID card distribution process, more than 17 million ID cards have been issued.
