The committees were also tasked with exploring the establishment of a cement production plant in Afghanistan, extending the railway network from Termez-Mazar-e-Sharif to Herat and Kandahar with Uzbekistan’s cooperation, expanding the Naibabad station, and securing Uzbek investment in the Surkhan-Pul-e-Khumri electricity transmission project.

The assigned committees are expected to follow up on these matters diligently and present their reports to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs within the specified timelines.
