The Standard and Quality Authority returned two shipments of steel beam, weighing a total of 67 tons, to the exporting country via Islam Qalah Port.
The action was taken after rigorous evaluation and quality control that the shipment failed to meet Internal standards.
This process is being carried out decisively and meticulously by the Authority to strictly prevent the entry of low-quality goods into the country’s markets.
Reaffirming its commitment, the Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) assure all citizens that Interna standards will be strictly enforced at all port crossings.
Establishing a high-quality market and ensuring public health and safety remain the foremost priorities of this Authority.
