The Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has successfully completed the construction of a healthcare center in the Dinar area of Qarqin District, Jowzjan Province, at an investment of 28 million Afghanis.
The facility has been officially inaugurated and is now operational.
The inauguration was graced by the presence of Mawlawi Mohammad Ishaq Sahibzada, the Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Public Health, as well as Qari Zabihullah Hussaini, the Director of Public Health for Jowzjan, alongside various officials, scholars, and community leaders.
In his address, Deputy Minister Mawlawi Mohammad Ishaq Sahibzada emphasized that this healthcare center, constructed at a cost of 28 million Afghanis, is designed to meet the health needs of approximately 16,000 households. He described the establishment of this facility as a significant achievement for the residents of Qarqin District and assured that further advancements in healthcare services would continue to be pursued.
