The High Commission of the Shiites of Afghanistan has strongly condemned the recent airstrikes by Pakistani militias on Afghan territory, calling the attacks a violation of international law and a serious threat to the country’s sovereignty.
In a statement, the commission denounced the actions of the Pakistani military, stating that such conduct contravenes international law, undermines national sovereignty, and violates the principles of good neighborliness. It described the strikes as a clear threat to Afghanistan’s security, stability, and independence.
The statement further emphasized that if conflict is imposed on Afghanistan, all segments of society—across ethnic and tribal lines—will stand united in defending the country’s territorial integrity.
