The Minister of Public Health (MoPH) of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, met with Alexander Starovoyotov, Deputy Minister of Health for Food and Medicine from Belarus, at his office.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister for Healthcare Services of the MoPH, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani; and the Deputy Minister for Food and Medicine, Mawlawi Hamdullah Zahid.
Key topics discussed included the procurement of medicines, strengthening bilateral cooperation, and building the capacity of healthcare professionals.
Highlighting the importance of collaboration, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali stated: “We require high-quality medicines and medical equipment to provide standard healthcare services.
Strong bilateral relations will help us make significant progress in these areas.”
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Public Health is committed to building partnerships with various countries to improve the healthcare system, making it more effective and sustainable.
