The Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is in the process of developing a new policy for Third Party Monitoring.
To this end, a meeting was convened, attended by the Minister of Public Health, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, along with the ministry’s deputies and central directors.
During the meeting, Minister Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali stated that there are existing challenges in the third-party monitoring process, which necessitate the formulation of a standardized procedure to effectively address these issues.
The Minister subsequently established a technical committee, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Health Services, and instructed them to develop a comprehensive standardized protocol for third-party monitoring.
