His Excellency Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, held a meeting with Mr. Saif Mohammed Khalfan, the Special Representative of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for Afghanistan.
During the discussions, Mr. Saif Mohammed Khalfan underscored the historically positive relations between the two nations across multiple domains, asserting that these ties exemplify the enduring friendship between the UAE and Afghanistan.
He further highlighted the development of bilateral trade relations and the facilitation of investment opportunities, emphasizing his country’s commitment to expanding and fortifying these economic connections.
Additionally, the UAE’s Special Representative conveyed his nation’s readiness to extend humanitarian assistance to Afghan refugees currently facing expulsion from neighboring states.
