Chinese Special Representative for Afghanistan, Yue Xiaoyong, held a meeting with Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi to discuss strengthening political ties and enhancing economic cooperation between the two nations.
According to Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, Director of Public Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both sides emphasized the importance of continued collaboration in various sectors.
Yue Xiaoyong reaffirmed China’s commitment to supporting Afghanistan on the international stage and contributing to its economic growth. He also extended an official invitation to Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi to visit China at the end of May.
