Israeli officials have stated that Iran will pay the price for its attacks at the appropriate time.
However, Iran’s military and political leaders have threatened that if Israel attacks them again, they will respond with a tougher, stronger, and heavier retaliation.
Last night, Iran launched approximately 200 drones, cruise and ballistic missiles at the Zionist regime, with Israel claiming to have destroyed a large number of them. Iran’s state news agency IRNA released videos claiming that some targets were hit in Baitul Muqadas. Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi described the attacks as a legitimate defensive response to the attack on the Iranian consulate.
The head of IRGC, Hossein Salami, reiterated the threat that if Israel attacks anywhere, Iran will target them directly from its territory.
On the other hand, Israeli officials have reiterated that Iran will face consequences for this attack in due course. US President Joe Biden, in a telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following Iran’s retaliatory attacks on the Zionist regime, assured that the US will not participate in any attacks against Iran.
Additionally, US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin stated that Washington is not seeking a conflict with Iran. Prior to this, the US had declared its support for Israel against Iran’s attacks on the centers of the Zionist regime.
