Daily Work Report of the Committees
On Thursday, 19/5/1446, corresponding to 1/9/1403, Afghan refugees returned from various parts of the country and necessary services were provided to them in various areas.
The full report is presented as follows:
Nangarhar
Torkham (Durand Line)
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
34 families returned to the country through Torkham and 164 members of these families were registered and biometrically scanned.
Transportation committee
17 families with 93 members from Torkham were safely transported to Nangarhar province and (66,500) Afghanis were also paid to these families.
Financial management Committee
A total of (126,000) Afghanis have been provided to 17 families by the Financial Affairs Committee.
*Services and Health Affairs Committee
The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Omari Camp:
Food: 235 meals and water have been distributed at Torkham.
Health: 225 returning refugees have been treated at Torkham.
Communications: 98 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, have been distributed to the returning refugees.
Kandahar
Spin Boldak (Durand Line)
Registration, Confirmation and Receiving Committee
19 families with 117 members have returned to the country and registered through Spin Boldak.
Transportation committee
3 families with 20 members have been safely transported from Spin Boldak to Kabul and Ghazni provinces, and (11,000) Afghanis have been paid as rent to these families.
Financial management Committee
A total of (168,000) Afghanis has been provided to 19 families by the Financial Affairs Committee.
Services and Health Committee
The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:
Food: 380 meals and water have been distributed in Spin Boldak.
Health: 66 returnees have been treated in Spin Boldak.
Communications: 101 SIM cards have been distributed to the returnees by the Communications Services Authority, which includes free minutes and internet packages.
Nimroze
Abrishom way
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
34 families with 142 members have returned to the country through the Abrishom way of Nimroz province and registered, and 662 travelers have returned to the country.
Financial management Committee
A total of (242,000) Afghanis have been provided to 33 families by the Financial Affairs Committee.
Services and Health Affairs Committee
The following services, including health, were provided to the migrants returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:
Communications: The officials of the Communications and Information Technology Department distributed 34 SIM cards to the migrants free of charge, including free minutes and internet packages.
Information and Public Awareness Committee
Public awareness was provided to the migrants from the Abrishom way of Nimroze. These migrants were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.
Herat
Islam Qala
Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee
67 families with 280 members returned to the country and registered through Islam Qala.
Financial management Committee
A total of (488,000) Afghanis have been provided to 64 families by the Financial Affairs Committee.
The total figures for the different activities of all committees are as follows:
Registered refugees: (154) families and (703) individuals
Transferred refugees: (20) families and (113) individuals
Assistance provided to refugees: (133) families
SIM cards distributed: (233) numbers
