H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, met with Afghan citizens living in Uzbekistan at the Afghan Embassy in Tashkent.
The meeting, attended by the Deputy Prime Minister’s delegation, the Ambassador, and embassy officials, began with the citizens sharing their opinions and suggestions.
They expressed gratitude for the Islamic Emirate’s attention to the concerns of Afghan nationals and traders living abroad, especially in Uzbekistan. The citizens called for greater facilitation in trade and other areas of cooperation between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
In response, Deputy PM thanked the participants and assured them that the Islamic Emirate values the concerns of Afghan citizens both at home and abroad.
He emphasized that Afghanistan is a shared home for all Afghans, where everyone has the right to live in peace and security.
He assured that following the general amnesty decree, there are no security or political issues in Afghanistan, and the security situation is fully stable.
Deputy Prime Minister also highlighted the available opportunities and facilities for trade and investment in Afghanistan.
Deputy Prime Minister encouraged Afghan traders and investors in Uzbekistan to take advantage of the investment opportunities in Afghanistan, especially in key sectors like mining, energy, agriculture, and manufacturing, to support the nation’s growth and development.
