Mawlawi Sadr Azam Osmani, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock at the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock, visited Turkey’s General Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry Research and held talks with its officials.
According to the ministry, discussions focused on strengthening cooperation in various agricultural and forestry sectors.
The Director General of Agriculture and Forestry Research of Turkey expressed full readiness to provide support to Afghanistan in these fields.
Mawlawi Sadr Azam Osmani highlighted the importance of enhancing Afghanistan’s technical and scientific capacities in agricultural and forestry research.
He voiced hope that this cooperation would play a key role in improving natural resource management and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture in Afghanistan.
