Shafi Azam, head of economic relations at Afghanistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Arif, head of industrial parks, met with officials from India’s Ministry of Textiles in Kabul.
The discussions focused on expanding economic and industrial cooperation, particularly in cotton production and processing, human capacity building, industry standardization, and modernization of the textile and garment sectors, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce said.
The Indian delegation extended an invitation for Afghanistan to showcase its products at the Bharat Tex exhibition.
