Al-Haj Mullah Mohammad Ibrahim Sadr, the Deputy Minister of Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior Affairs, arrived in Panjshir province during his official provincial tour.
The Deputy Minister and his accompanying delegation met and held discussions with Hafez Mohammad Agha Hakim, the provincial governor; Al-Haj Qari Ahmadullah Badr, the provincial police commander; Mawlawi Hijrat, the head of intelligence; Mawlawi Musafer, the brigade commander; religious scholars, tribal elders, and representatives of the local people.
During the meeting, Mr. Sadr expressed gratitude to the people for their support and cooperation and praised their collaboration during the period of occupation.
He also commended the cooperation and coordination among the security institutions in Panjshir, stating that serving the people is a shared duty and must be carried out properly. He emphasized that the doors of government institutions should remain open to the public, people’s problems should be heard, and their concerns should be addressed.
Mr. Sadr advised the governor, the police commander, and other officials to visit every district and area and to meet directly with local officials and residents.
In his address, the Deputy Minister urged all personnel to wear the designated uniform, fully implement the orders and directives of Sheikh Sahib, pay full attention to ensuring public security, and treat the people with good conduct.
