In a major step to ensure quality control, Afghanistan has returned a large shipment of substandard iron gadar to its country of origin.
The Quality and Standards Authority announced that 46 tons of iron gadar, which failed to meet domestic standards, were sent back through Shaikh Abu Nasr Farahi Port.
The Authority emphasized that all imported materials are being carefully evaluated and controlled with full transparency at ports nationwide.
