Mufti Mohammad Akbar Azimi, Consul General of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Istanbul, met with Mr. Shirzad Abdunazarov, Consul General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to discuss the historical, political, economic, and cultural ties between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, Mr. Azimi presented detailed information regarding the criminal actions of the Pakistani military regime and its targeting of medical facilities.
Mr. Abdunazarov, while expressing condolences to the families of the victims and offering prayers for the souls of the martyrs and wishes for the recovery of the injured, described the Pakistani military regime’s attacks on civilian sites—particularly the Omid Hospital—as contrary to the principles of good neighborliness and profoundly regrettable.
