Shaikh Abdul Hakim Sharei, Minister of Justice, stated that the incursions of the Pakistani military regime into the territory and airspace of Afghanistan lack any legal or moral basis.
He further noted that Pakistani scholars have likewise acknowledged that such attacks against Afghanistan carry no legal or ethical justification.
Mr. Sharei made these remarks during an inspection visit to several border security outposts along the hypothetical Durand Line in Khost Province.
